SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. "PMC Baltic" FZ-LLC provides access to exclusive digital content and services on a subscription basis.
The subscription is for personal use only and may not be transferred to third parties or resold.
2. BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
2.1 Recurring Payment:
You authorize recurring payments according to your selected plan’s billing schedule (7 days, monthly, or every three (3) months, as applicable).
2.2 Payment Responsibility:
You are fully responsible for payments unless you cancel or modify your subscription as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
2.3 Service Delivery:
Subscribed content (files, documents, email recommendations, and other digital materials) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
2.4 Continuous Access:
Your subscription will continue until you cancel or "PMC Baltic" FZ-LLC terminates your access according to these Terms.
3. BECOMING A SUBSCRIBER
3.1 The subscription begins upon purchasing the main product — the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach”. This includes tasks, emails, and other digital content. The Customer receives access to educational materials and digital resources.
3.2 The Customer agrees that the first billing period of the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” may be offered at a discounted rate. After this period, the subscription will continue at the standard product price applicable to the selected plan unless canceled prior to renewal.
"PMC Baltic" FZ-LLC subscription plan prices:
- 7-Day “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” subscription: $12.98 (charged every 7 days in advance).
- 1-Month “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” subscription: $37,98 per month (charged monthly in advance).
- 3-Month “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” subscription: $75.98 every three (3) months (charged in advance).
4. CONTENT DELIVERY
Subscription content is delivered in the following formats:
- Recommendations via email
- Links to Google Drive files
- PDF documents and other files sent directly by email
- Other digital materials specified in the subscription plan
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring the provided email address is accurate and functional.
5. SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
To change or cancel your plan, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not notify us in time, the next fee will be charged automatically and is non-refundable. If the subscription is cancelled after renewal, no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

- Payment platform: Log in to your Stripe.com account and follow the instructions.
6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Upon purchasing a subscription product, "PMC Baltic" FZ-LLC or its payment processor will automatically activate the subscription. Subscription and payments will recur according to the monthly plan.
7. REFUND POLICY
"PMC Baltic" FZ-LLC offers digital intellectual property, which is revealed at the time of purchase; therefore, a no-refund policy generally applies. However, refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, as described below.
7.1 Subscription Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but will retain access to subscription services until the end of the current billing period.
7.2 Refunds:
If a customer is dissatisfied with our plans, they may be eligible for a refund.
REFUND CONDITIONS
In addition to any refund rights provided by law, you are eligible for a refund if all the following conditions are met:
You contact us within the applicable subscription term following your purchase of access to the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” (i.e., within seven (7) days for the 7-Day plan, thirty (30) days for the 1-Month plan, or ninety (90) days for the 3-Month plan).
You have followed the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” for the full duration of your selected subscription term (seven (7), thirty (30), or ninety (90) consecutive days, as applicable) and can provide evidence, as described below in the section “How to Show You Followed the ‘Personalized Mediterranean Coach’.”
We will review your request and notify you (by email) whether your request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7.3 How to Show You Followed the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach”
You can demonstrate that you followed the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” only if:
You send clear screenshots or an unedited video showing that you completed the plan lessons and sessions for the full applicable subscription term (seven (7), thirty (30), or ninety (90) consecutive days, as applicable). Evidence should be sent to hello@mediet.app.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that only fulfilling the above requirements entitles you to a refund under the MONEY-BACK POLICY. For clarity, this Money-Back Guarantee does not apply in any other cases, including but not limited to:
- You believe you do not have enough time to follow the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach”;
- You find the “Personalized Mediterranean Coach” too difficult or too easy;
- You have previously received a refund under this policy.
7.4 Refunds will not be issued if the customer fails to follow the Money-Back Guarantee procedure, refuses to comply with Customer Support instructions, or did not read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing a plan that does not meet their needs. Refunds will also not be provided for plans purchased by mistake or based on incorrect assumptions, or if the customer simply changes their mind for non-technical reasons.
If the customer does not meet the above Money-Back Guarantee conditions, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
7.5 Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days of contract conclusion, without additional charges and without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply if performance of the contract began with the client’s express prior consent and acknowledgment. Clients agree to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the servers confirm the purchase and the relevant content has been successfully delivered. In this case, refunds will not be issued unless the digital content is defective.
7.6 All complaints and disputes regarding the subscription will be reviewed as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 business days.
8. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
"PMC Baltic" FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify this subscription policy at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes by email. Continued use of the services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
